PREMIER TECH ACQUIRES SURE-GRO
Rivière-du-Loup, April 8, 2010- Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sure- Gro Inc., Canadian leader of products for the amateur gardener whose corporate office is in Brantford, Ontario.
Premier Tech thus integrates the renowned expertise of some 225 people to its team which now exceeds 2 000 worldwide. Through this transaction, the company strengthens the position of its Horticulture and Agriculture Group on the Home and Garden market in Canada. Sure-Gro will become the twelfth business unit of Premier Tech, with the mandate to deploy its brands and products in conjunction with Premier Tech’s on the Canadian consumer market.
